Entrepreneurship Development Program – Winnipeg
The Entrepreneurship Development Program is CBEE Prairies Manitoba's core business support initiative, designed to meet Black entrepreneurs where they are — whether they are exploring a business idea, launching a startup, or scaling an existing enterprise. Through structured coaching, financial literacy training, peer networking, and connections to funding, this program provides the comprehensive support that Black business owners in Manitoba need to succeed.
Manitoba's business landscape is evolving, and Black entrepreneurs are a vital part of that growth. From tech startups and consulting firms to restaurants, retail, and creative enterprises, this program supports the full spectrum of Black business activity. Participants also receive guidance on accessing government programs, including the Manitoba Black Entrepreneurs and Small Business Program (grants of $5,000–$20,000), and other provincial and federal funding opportunities.
