Digital Literacy and Inclusion – Manitoba
Overview
Digital Literacy and Inclusion – Manitoba
The Digital Literacy and Inclusion program addresses the digital divide that disproportionately affects Black communities in Manitoba — particularly newcomers, seniors, youth, and low-income families. In an increasingly digital economy, access to technology and digital skills is not a luxury — it is a requirement for full participation in business, education, employment, and civic life.
This program provides technology access, foundational digital skills training, and advanced digital business tools to help Black Manitobans navigate the digital world with confidence and competence. From basic computer and smartphone skills to digital marketing, e-commerce, and coding, this program meets participants where they are and builds their capacity step by step.
