Mentors are the backbone of CBEE Prairies Manitoba. They bring experience, wisdom, and lived understanding to every conversation — helping youth discover their potential, guiding new entrepreneurs through their first ventures, and supporting newcomers as they build new lives in Manitoba.
Whether you are a seasoned business owner, a corporate professional, an academic, or a community leader, your experience can transform someone's trajectory. CBEE Manitoba matches mentors with mentees based on industry, experience, goals, and cultural fit — ensuring meaningful, lasting connections.

Mentor Expectations
- Commit to a minimum of 6 months (1–2 meetings per month with your mentee)
- Attend a brief mentor orientation session
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Provide honest, supportive, and culturally affirming guidance
