CBEE Prairies Manitoba offers a comprehensive suite of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of Black Manitobans — from youth leadership development and entrepreneurship training to newcomer integration, digital literacy, community wellness, and cultural enterprise support. Each program is community-driven, culturally responsive, and outcome-focused.

Youth Empowerment Initiative — Winnipeg

Leadership, mentorship, and civic engagement for Black youth ages 14–24.

Entrepreneurship Development Program — Winnipeg

Coaching, financial literacy, and business support for Black entrepreneurs at every stage.

Newcomer Business Integration — Winnipeg / Brandon

Supporting Black newcomers in navigating Canadian business and regulatory systems.

Women in Business Network — Province-wide

Dedicated support, networking, and mentorship for Black women entrepreneurs and professionals.

Digital Literacy and Inclusion — Province-wide

Bridging the digital divide through tech access, training, and digital business skills.
